The zone system

I really like the manipulation behind this techniques, it really reach my personality. It can be quite easy to achieveda similar result with photoshop. But it is true art to do it with multiple exposure as the did in the old time.The zone system is a method using multiple exposure to get the image the way we imagine it. This process really captivate me since I have done some research about famous photographers Ansel Adams and Fred Archer.

Unfortunately I do not have the equipments to try it as it used to be done but recently I have found a technique that I really want to try, the polaroid transfert. I think it could be nice to combine both technique. Hummm I must try !!!

Polaroid transfert

I was surfing on the net, doing research about one of my favorite author Christopher Grey when I saw one of his book about polaroid transfert. It captured my attention right a way !  What is that ???

I have read a little bit on the subject to realize that I’m now in big trouble … I need an old polaroid !! hihi 😀

This is sooo cool !!! I’m so excited, I start to imagine tones of things I want to try such the real version of the zone system and aging process.

The manipulation is quite easy and doesn’t required the space and equipments like the 35mm negative developing. I mean seriously …. this is a great extension on the possibility of art thru photography. It look a little bit like this instagram on the phone but with thru a real hand on process. I just felt in love hihi.
